GENERAL FEATURES :

EXTREME CNC Machining Centre is designed for processing wood, plastic, aluminium and light metal or similar materials.  The machine is capable to carry out standard routing operations and surface processing.  Machine structure designed for serial production logic and flexible structure can adapt to any kind of customer requirements.    

Body structure

Machine body is made completely electro welded steel, this structure provides excellent usage within heavy duty production conditions without any problem.  Machine mechanical structure processed for ensures highest level precision and machine has passed accuracy tests with high technology laser control device.

Working Table Structure

Machine working table produced by aluminium and there are automatically controlled aluminium pistons across X and Y axis.  Reference pistons provide sensitive reference and ensures maximum referencing rates.  Working table designed for matrix table structure and divided equal blocs to provide stronger vacuuming.  Machine has single vacuum area as standard feature, vacuum areas can rise according to customer needs as option.

Movement of Axis

All axis movement made by rack and pinions, all axis movement made by servo motors, there are two servo motors each side of the bridge for X Axis.  Servo motors are ultra-high inertia series and acceleration is excellent.

Axis speeds : X – Y Axis 60m/min    /    Z Axis 20m/min   

• Machine can work on high speeds thanks to tool paths which is controlled by axis drivers

• Machine has high precise and fast processing capacity thanks to quick data transfer   

Centralized Lubrication Unit

Machine lubrication system makes high precision lubrication at 19 different points on the machine automatically.  In that way machine main equipment have longer lifetime and maintenance process will be required within longer period.  System use grease oil when making lubrication.

Automatic Tool offset

Tools can be measured by the machine, thanks to the control unit and recorded into system for future cutting process.  Automatic tool offset feature can measure up to 120mm diameter tools

CNC CONTROL UNIT :

Professional series OSAI CNC controller is used on the machine for control axis.  Also there is windows based industrial PC inside of the electrical cabinet to control the machine.
